SCRUBBER INSPECTION & MAINTENANCE
- Inspect packing, mesh pads, mist eliminator and nozzles for pluggage
- Inspect recirculation pump for operation and wear
- Inspect plumbing components for leaks
- Clean mesh pads, p[acking, etc. if needed
- Repair all leaks and cracks

FAN INSPECTION & MAINTENANCE
- Check integrity and balance of fan wheel and shaft
- Check fan belts for tension and wear
- Inspect bearings for grease and service
- Check sheaves for alignment
- Check steel base for corrosion
- Repair all leaks and cracks
- Balance fan wheel if required

SYSTEM CONTROLS INSPECTION
- Check draw at all hoods
- Inspect differential pressure gauges and tubing
- Inspect duct & hoods for integrity, leaks & cracks
- Check air flow
- Inspect operation of solenoid valves
- Inspect operation of pH, ORP, level control systems
- Do all necessary repairs and adjustments to controls. welds, etc.
