FAN INSPECTION & MAINTENANCE Check integrity and balance of fan wheel and shaft Check fan belts for tension and wear Inspect bearings for grease and service Check sheaves for alignment Check steel base for corrosion Repair all leaks and cracks Balance fan wheel if required

SYSTEM CONTROLS INSPECTION Check draw at all hoods Inspect differential pressure gauges and tubing Inspect duct & hoods for integrity, leaks & cracks Check air flow Inspect operation of solenoid valves Inspect operation of pH, ORP, level control systems Do all necessary repairs and adjustments to controls. welds, etc.
